Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can click that link to see real-time updates from the courier. If you have an account with us, you can also log in and view your order history to check the status.

First, please check your spam or promotions folder, as automated emails sometimes end up there. If you still can't find it, it is possible there was a typo in the email address entered at checkout. Please email us with your full name and shipping address, and we will sort it out.

We strive to process and pack orders promptly to deliver your goods to you as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel, please email our support team within 1 hour of placing your order. If the order has already been processed or shipped, unfortunately, we cannot cancel it, but you are welcome to return the items once they arrive.

Large Scale (1:18 – 1:24): Designed for high-impact displays. 1:18 is the premier choice for large-scale diecast and event dioramas, while 1:24 is the industry standard for detailed model car and urban street scenes.

Precision Modelling (1:32 – 1:35): Our 1:32 figures are perfect for standard vignettes, while the 1:35 scale is meticulously crafted for contemporary civilian and logistics units, often favoured by military and realistic scene builders.

Mid-Range & Transit Scales (1:43 – 1:48): Choose 1:43 for classic diecast town and event displays. If you are working with O Gauge railway or fairground layouts, our 1:48 figures are scaled specifically for that environment.

Miniature & Layout Scales (1:64 – 1:87): For high-speed detail, 1:64 is tailored for diecast racing and street scenes. For the finest miniature work, our 1:87 (HO Scale) figures are designed for modern event and park layouts.

To ensure your figures arrive in "masterwork" condition, we have refined our logistics to be as precise as our prints. Because resin artistry is delicate, we treat every shipment with the same attention to detail we give our sculpts.

Shipping & Handling

Standard Protection: Every figurine is secured in an individual, bubble-wrapped, sealed pouch and dispatched in a reinforced, bubble-wrapped envelope to prevent impact damage.

Bulk Orders: Larger collections or delicate multi-part kits are upgraded to double-wall cardboard boxes for maximum structural integrity during transit.

Logistics: We partner with all major global carriers and trusted local couriers to ensure your order moves swiftly from our studio to your workbench.

International Shipping Times
Deliveries overseas typically arrive within 5-10 business days, depending on your location and local postal services.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. As the builder of your scene, these regulatory costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Because we custom-print your figures to ensure the highest quality, we wait until your entire collection is ready before shipping. This means all your items will arrive together in a single, consolidated delivery.

Consolidated Shipping
By shipping your order in one package once everything is printed, we ensure that your various scales and characters arrive at the same time, ready for your build.

Tracking Your Order
Once your full order has passed our quality checks and is dispatched, you will receive a single tracking number. This allows you to follow your entire haul from our studio directly to your door, so you can start creating your masterwork scenes without having to wait for separate parcels.

We want you to be thrilled with your new additions, but we understand that plans for a scene can change. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the figures remain in their original, pristine state.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, figurines must be returned in the exact condition they were received. They must be unprimed, unpainted, and show no signs of modification or assembly. Once a brush touches the resin or a part is glued, the item is considered "work in progress" and can no longer be returned.

Refund Details
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. Additionally, a return shipping fee and a 20% restocking fee (capped at £50) will be deducted from your final refund amount to cover the delicate handling and inspection of the resin.

Processing Time
Once your package arrives back at our studio, please allow 5–7 business days for our team to inspect the sculpts. We will send you an email confirmation as soon as the process is complete.

How do I start a return?
Enter your order number and email address in the portal above to generate a return shipping label. Please ensure the figures are packed securely in their original bubble-wrapped pouches to prevent damage during their return journey.

We take great care in packaging fragile items like ceramics and paper prints, but accidents can happen during transit. If your item arrives damaged:

1. Please take clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging.
2. Email us at [Insert Email] within 48 hours of delivery.
3. We will arrange a replacement or refund for you immediately.

If your tracking hasn't updated in a few days, don't panic - couriers can sometimes be delayed. However, if your package has not moved in 7 business days, please contact us. We will open an investigation with the carrier and, if deemed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

Packages are usually returned to us due to an incomplete address or if the package was unclaimed at a local post office. Once it arrives back at our warehouse, we can reship it to you (standard shipping fees may apply) or issue a refund for the cost of the goods.

All of our figurines are delivered as "unpainted canvases" in their natural resin state. This allows you the complete creative freedom to prime and paint them to match the specific colour palette of your diorama.

We use a high-tensile, professional-grade UV resin. This material is chosen specifically for its ability to capture microscopic details and sharp edges that traditional plastic moulding often misses.

Most of our figures are printed as single, solid pieces to preserve anatomical integrity. However, some larger-scale models or complex poses may arrive in a few pieces to ensure they don't break during shipping. These can be easily joined using standard cyanoacrylate (super glue).

Currently, we offer the standard scales listed in our Size Guide. However, if you are working on a unique project that requires a specific height, please contact us—we are often able to accommodate custom scale requests through our printing process.

Since our figures are resin-printed, we recommend a quick rinse in warm soapy water to remove any packaging dust. Once dry, they are ready for a standard hobby primer. Because of the high-definition detail, we suggest using a thin spray primer to avoid "filling in" the fine textures.

We love being part of your special occasions! While we don't offer full gift wrapping (to ensure packages stay secure during shipping), we can include a handwritten note on a packing slip that hides the prices. Just leave your message in the "Notes" section at checkout.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

The most common reason for a decline is a mismatch in the billing address. Please ensure the billing address you enter matches exactly what your bank has on file. If the issue persists, try using PayPal or a different card.

For security reasons, we cannot apply discounts or gift cards after a transaction has been finalized. However, if you forgot to use a code, keep it safe - it will still be valid for your next purchase!
