Shipping & Delivery

Standard Delivery
We aim to fulfil and deliver standard orders within 4–6 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during peak periods. We recommend checking the specific product listing for the most accurate delivery estimate.

Large Items & Furniture
Due to their size and handling requirements, larger items (such as sofas and heavy furniture) have a longer lead time. Please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery of these items.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this link to monitor the status of your delivery.

Urgent Orders

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking information hasn't updated in a few days, don't panic - couriers can sometimes experience delays. However, if your package has not moved in 7 business days, please contact us immediately so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
